By accessing this website we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use Voicedragons if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

Voice Cloning

You are strictly prohibited from using the human voice talent purchased through Voice Dragons for AI voice cloning intended for use in other scripts. This policy ensures fair compensation for our voice talent's work. Utilizing AI to clone their voices deprives them of rightful compensation for their creative contributions. If you require AI-cloned voices, please visit our AI dashboard where you can subscribe to access AI-generated voices. These voices are provided with compensation allocated to the respective talent.

Non-Exclusive Rights and Usage

You are granted the rights to utilize the provided voice audio across any media platforms and for any duration of time. However, please note that this agreement does not grant exclusive rights to the voice talent. The talent retains the liberty to engage in similar work with other companies within the same industry.

Liability Limitations

Voice Dragons (a DBA of Pierson Studios) will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the services; (iii) any content obtained from the services; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed its essential purpose. Voice Dragons' total liability for all claims related to the services will not exceed the amounts paid by you to Voice Dragons under this agreement during the twelve (12) month period prior to the event giving rise to the liability.

Hold Harmless

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Voice Dragons, its parent Pierson Studios, affiliates, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the service, by you or any person using your account and password; b) a breach of these terms, or c) content posted on the service.
